Karlene Joy Salguero, PT, DPT, WCS, CLT
Karlene is a licensed Physical Therapist with extensive knowledge and experience working in Women’s Health. She is skilled at treating women of every age and stage, and is passionate about empowering women to be educated and in control of their bodies.
Karlene is a board-certified Women’s Health Clinical Specialists (WCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). She is certified by the American Physical Therapy Association in Pelvic Floor and Obstetric Physical Therapy. She is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist awarded by The Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy with extensive knowledge and experience with manual lymph drainage, compression bandaging, and breast cancer treatment. She attended Boston University where she was captain of the Division I Lacrosse team and earned her degree in Exercise Physiology. She achieved her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. She has worked at some of the best and most respected hospitals in the country including Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) and Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).
A resident of Cambridge, Karlene finds joy in spending time with her 3 young daughters & husband, creating super nutritious meals, practicing yoga and playing outdoors.

Diana Singleton, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Diana is a licensed physical therapist with a passion for treating women’s pelvic health issues. After the birth of her son and realizing the significant impact both pregnancy and delivery have on the body, Diana became specialized to treat women’s pelvic health issues.
She has experience working with women of all ages on a wide variety of diagnoses. Diana has extensive knowledge in evaluating and treating a variety of pelvic floor diagnoses, and enjoys helping women reach their optimal health goals. Diana has almost a decade of experience treating outpatient orthopedic/sports PT issues. She is a board certified Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). Diana is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She was an indoor/outdoor track and field athlete at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where she earned her degree in Exercise Physiology. She achieved her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire.
Diana loves spending time with her son, trail running, cooking plant-based meals, and reading about health and wellness.

Andy Sobuta, PT, DPT, OCS, COMT
Andy is a graduate of MGH Institute of Health Professions with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has over 15 years of experience as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Since 2009, Andy has been employed at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital where he achieved his board certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Additionally, his experience as a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist provides patients with the guidance needed to return to a healthy, active lifestyle despite any previous injuries. At IHFA, Andy’s personalized treatment approach utilizes the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to identify risk factors for future injuries and to develop a comprehensive fitness program to achieve each individual’s goals. His clientele range from the sedentary adult looking to start a gym program to the fitness enthusiast looking to bring new life to their program.

Brianna Sobuta, PT, DPT, OCS

Post-graduate education includes treatment and management of neck pain, headaches, craniofacial, and the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Brianna has training as a manual therapist from Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy to provide assessment and intervention using a hands-on approach. Lastly, Brianna earned her certification as a Graston Technique Certified Treatment Provider in 2015.

Ravit Barak, DPT
Ravit graduated from CUNY Hunter College, NY, where she received her DPT degree. She also holds a Bachelor's in Education and Design from Tel-Aviv University in Israel. She treats patients with TMJ dysfunction, orthopedic injuries, back and neck pain. Her passion for her profession motivates her to pursue lifelong learning. She has taken a great many continuing education courses and workshops across all aspects of physical therapy.
Ravit incorporates techniques from Princeton Head Neck and TMD, the Institute of Physical Arts (IPA), North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT), Selective Movement Functional Assessment (SFMA), and many more. She strives to give the best and most current treatment and has extensive experience in treating and educating patients. Ravit is also a manual therapist specializing in myofascial release, massage techniques, joint mobilization, taping, and hands-on exercises. She believes that good rehab is obtained through personal attention and a holistic view of the body.
